Tuesday Night Cubs- About US
About us.
Cubs meet every Tuesday from 7.30 to 9pm during school term.
Our ethos in cubs is to learn adventure and life skills in a fun, safe environment. We focus on skills such as knots, camping, hill walking, first aid, pioneering, backwoods cooking, and orienteering.
Activities
We love being outdoors and go on regular hikes exploring the wonderful countryside on our doorstep.
We also liked to get involved in the local community, supporting events like An Taisce spring clean, various local charity drives and the St. Patrick's Day Parade.
The highlight of our year is going on various camps to practice everything that has been learned.
We regularly work and camp together with our Wednesday night pack and other cub packs in the County.
